University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio

Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Sciences (UTHSC) - (You must have paramedic certification.) 33 hours of the Texas Core Curriculum can be earned with credit by examination. Excelsior College

Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences - (EMTs, Paramedics or other health-related certifications) This is a degree completion program. You must have 60 credit hours of General Education and a minimum of 20 hours of Health Sciences to enter the program. Most of the hours required can be earned by examination.

Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice - In addition to credit by examination and online courses, you may receive credit from Academy training, National PONSI, ACE-approved military training, or Excelsior College evaluated programs. Choose an area of emphasis from: Corrections, Homeland Security, Law and Society, Administration of Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement and Public Safety.

Associate of Liberal Studies - The Associate degree is completed by earning 60 credit hours. Students enrolled in the associate degree programs can choose an area of focus if desired.

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Business - Credit hours are earned by a combination of Credit by Examination, Excelsior College exams, or online courses.

Paramedic to RN - Earn an Associate of Science in Nursing online. Specific qualifications are needed to enroll.

Bellevue University

Bachelor of Science in Corrections Administration and Management - Bellevue accepts 90 hours of credit by examination.

Colorado State University

Bachelor of Science in Fire and Emergency Services Administration - Courses are available online or by DVD. This is a degree completion program. Candidates must have 60 credit hours to enter the program.
