Using Your Calendar

Changing Months and Years
To view a different month or year, click on the arrows to the right or left of the present month or year.

Look at a specific day
Click on a particular day and you will be taken to a screen showing the events of that day. A particular month can be viewed by clicking on the 'View Month' in the upper right corner. Also, events can be added, deleted, or edited from this screen.

Add events
  • Click on the date you wish to record an event. (Start with your birthday.)
  • On the next screen, enter the title of the event and check to make sure the date is correct.
  • You can choose to have the reminder sent to you between 1-14 days (positioned below 'Remind Me') before the actual event occurs by checking yes next to 'Send Email Reminder?'.
  • Enter any details that are important to remember about that event in the space provided next to 'Event Details'.
  • Hit the 'Add Event' button at the bottom of the box.

Edit and delete events
  • Click on the day which you want to edit an event.
  • Click 'Edit.'
  • Change any information in the 'Edit Event' menu.
  • Click on 'Update' located at the bottom of the menu box.
  • If you want to delete and event, click on the day you want to delete.
  • Click 'Delete' on the right hand side of the box. If there is more than one event listed in the menu box, be sure to hit the 'delete' option that lines up with the event you want deleted.

Why are all of my events not listed (view month)
There is not enough room to list every event you have. The most current events will be listed. To view other events, you can click the date you want to view. To view the month, you can click on a day, and then click on 'Month View' located in the top right corner of the menu box.

Why are the days different colors?
Each day on the calendar is green with 2 exceptions:
  1. Days an event is scheduled will be blue.
  2. The current day, or the day you're viewing will be white.
